Project Wake Up’s inaugural comedy night will take place on Saturday, November 24th at Chaminade College Preparatory. Headlined by St. Louis’ own Sklar Brothers, known for their ESPN cult classic series Cheap Seats and their subsequent podcast View from the Cheap Seats, the event will take place at the Skip Viragh Center for the Arts in the Siefert Auditorium.

Doors open at 6pm and the event will include food trucks and a full bar with purchase of a special cup. The event will be hosted by Chris Denman and Travis Terrell of We Are Live! Radio and St. Louis Live! Other performers include:

  • Nikki Glasser

  • Tim Convy, Y98! Radio Host and St. Louis comedian

  • Nathan Orton

  • Angela Smith

  • Steve Pace

Tickets range from $20-$50, as well as an upgraded Meet & Greet option with the talent for $50. Eventgoers will also receive an update on Project Wake Up’s current documentary production, which began in November 2017. Proceeds for the event will go to Project Wake Up’s documentary post-production and the Ryan J. Candice Memorial Scholarship, which was founded at Mizzou to fund post-graduate students focusing on mental health social work.
